Who we are

getblowzer.com and its related sites are operated by Sabrent ("we", "us"). BLOWZER is a Sabrent product.

Using the site

• You may view the site, share links to it and download the product materials we publish for that purpose.
• You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission, except as these terms or a licence published with a specific file allow.
• You may not interfere with the site, try to access it in a way we have not made available, or use it to break the law.

Product information

We work to keep the specifications, images and videos on this site accurate. Performance figures, such as motor speed and airflow, are maximum values measured under test conditions, and results in use can differ. Product images and 3D views are renders of the actual product design. Colours can look different on your screen.

The product, its packaging and what is included can change without notice. The listing at the store where you buy is the description that applies to your purchase.

Safe use

Read the instructions supplied with the product before you use it, and follow them. Films and examples on this site show possible uses. They are not instructions, and you are responsible for using the product safely and for the purpose it is intended for.

Buying

We do not sell the product on this site. Our Buy buttons take you to Amazon or to sabrent.com. Price, availability, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are set by that store and governed by its terms. We are not a party to a purchase you make on Amazon.

Warranty and support

The warranty that comes with your product is described in its documentation and at sabrent.com/support. You can register your product at community.getblowzer.com/register. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or a right the law gives you as a consumer.

Challenges and your content

Each BLOWZER challenge has its own official rules, shown on the challenge page. Those rules apply to your entry together with these terms. If they conflict, the official rules apply to the challenge.

You keep ownership of what you submit. The permission you give us to show it is the one you choose when you enter, and you can withdraw it as the rules and our Privacy Policy describe.

Our content and trademarks

The site, its text, images, films, 3D models and design are owned by Sabrent or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

BLOWZER, the BLOWZER logo and SABRENT are trademarks. BLOWZER is registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Other names, such as Amazon and YouTube, belong to their owners, and we use them only to identify those services. These terms do not give you a right to use any trademark.

Links to other sites

The site links to stores and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your information.

Disclaimers

We provide the site "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site itself, including that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. This section is about the website. It does not affect the warranty on the product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sabrent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for a claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
